Malachi did an awesome job with inspecting and documenting the hail damage on the roof and surrounding structures on our property. I live in florida And my rental property in Illinois had major roof and gutter damage from a hail storm. We had our roof replaced by ASI this year and they were exceptional throughout the whole process. We have always been skeptical of the process but decided to at least get some more information after speaking with some neighbors/researching.Scottie made the process much simpler and straightforward than I thought it would be and I never felt any pressure or arbitrary deadline to make a decision. Once we did decide to file the claim, Scottie and Chris were constantly communicating with us to discuss the next steps and provide updates.The crew was quick, clean and professional during the installation. Christos from ASI construction rang my doorbell one day and basically gave me a brand-new house for free. After inspecting my home, he thought I had a good case to submit to insurance for storm damage. Christos walked me through every step but honestly, I was very hands off the entire situation. As insurance companies do, they low-balled the first coverage estimate. ASI's team took that has a challenge and went back to my insurance company on my behalf to eventually cover the replacement of the entire roof, siding, and gutters. Fully covered by insurance. My experience with ASI was excellent and easy. My home is over 100 years old and it looks brand new!

My roof was damaged by a hailstorm in March 2025. A couple of days later, Christian came to my door and after speaking to him, he inspected my roof. I checked out the company online and decided to let them take care of the repairs. Christian was great, he handled all the paperwork, and called kept me informed all throughout the process and answered the many questions and concerns that I had. He showed up the day of the install, and the day afterwards as well to make sure that all the debris was cleared. As for the roofing team, they were nice and friendly and did an excellent job. The roof looks fantastic, even a couple of neighbors commented on how great it looked.

I had ASI file my claim from the storm on 2/27. They helped me get approved for a whole new roof. The sales rep Christian McPhetridge was very helpful and thanks to him we have a new roof.
